Simona Fedele
Simona Fedele was born in Udine, Italy in 1967, and she currently lives and works in Corno di Rosazzo, Italy.
Through her works, Simona Fedele analyzes the tremendous secret of the human solitude. Her images develop through introspective research of the subject. Gauze is often used by the artist on canvas as a symbol of vitality but also as an expression of a deep emotional tension. The canvas is wounded, intentionally torn, reconstructed and torn again, nearly to emphasize, through these hurt figures, all the apprehension, the contradiction of existence.
Simona’s work has been exhibited at various art fairs including Art Palm Beach and Art Verona. As well, her work has been shown in a number of personal and collective exhibitions in Europe and the United States.
